Students of UGM Students Community Service Semilir Sambirejo carried out a series of activities to strengthen digital and visual promotion for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Jambeyan Village, Sambirejo, Sragen. This program aims to expand market reach and strengthen the visual identity of local businesses so that they are more easily recognized by consumers.
Universitas Gadjah Mada Students Community Services (KKN) team, Kita Morotai, successfully held the 2026 Rao Rayo Festival in Posi-Posi Rao Village, Rao Island District, Morotai Island Regency, North Maluku, on Thursday, February 2, 2026. This annual festival, themed “Celebrating Coastal Cultural Traditions,” served as a space for celebrating coastal culture while strengthening local identity. The event involved five villages, namely Posi-Posi Rao, Saminyamau, Leo-Leo, Aru Burung, and Lou Madoro. The series of events was centered in the village port area, which was transformed into an open cultural stage. The festival was a manifestation of the collaboration between KKN students, local government, and the community in preserving traditions in a sustainable manner.
Kledung Village is one of the villages located in Bandar Subdistrict, Pacitan Regency, East Java, with a mountainous landscape that has high potential for agriculture and plantations. One of the existing potentials is coffee plants. The favorable geographical conditions, with highlands and sufficient rainfall, indicate that Kledung Village has great potential for developing coffee as a commodity. This has opened up opportunities for the Swarna Bandar UGM Student Community Services to promote coffee as a leading local commodity in Kledung Village.
Banyuripan Hamlet, Kledung Village, Pacitan Regency, is known as an area with a strong agricultural landscape. The majority of its residents depend on farming and animal husbandry for their livelihood, making optimal use of their fields and home gardens. This simple yet productive way of life has become a strong foundation for the development of the livestock sector, particularly Limousin cattle, which has now become a leading commodity in Banyuripan Hamlet, Kledung Village, Pacitan, East Java.

The Moa Malele Cultural Festival, “A Thousand Charms of Moa: Nature Empowered, from the People for Indonesia,” was organized by Moa Island UGM Students Community Services (KKN) students as an effort to preserve culture and strengthen the local wisdom of the Moa community. The Moa Malele Cultural Festival was held at the Artakemo Guest House, Tounwawan Village, Moa Island District, Southwest Maluku Regency, on Saturday, January 31, 2026.
Violence against women and children was a hidden wound because it is often considered a “domestic matter” that others should not interfere with. This mindset must be corrected, as violence is everyone’s concern. This was because women also have a significant influence on the progress and development of a region. The National Commission on Violence Against Women (Komnas Perempuan) recorded 339,782 of the total complaints to Komnas Perempuan as gender-based violence (GBV) throughout 2024, 3,442 of which were reported to Komnas Perempuan. Violence in the personal sphere still dominates GBV case reports, accounting for 99% or 336,804 cases, including Online Gender-Based Violence (OGBV).

The decision was made during an online technical meeting on Thursday, January 29, 2026.
