Participation:
Participant’s grade will be based on field participation in the program. The success of the program is indicated by the output and outcome that ensuring the improvement sustainability. Also, it is important to have completed the making a report (daily and final report) for each participant so that can prove intelligently participate in the programs. Directorate of Community Services UGM could provide certificate of participation after submitting the report in collaboration with OIA and Center of Innovation In Higher Education of Gadjah Mada University. Credit will be given based on activity duration and load
Course Participant Requirements:
- For UGM Students (both regular and international program): student must be registered as a KKN course by on-line registration and KRS.
- For a foreigner students from overseas undergraduate students: student or institution must apply to Office of International Affairs – UGM due to registering participant as a guest student of UGM. In particularly case, the Directorate of Community Services UGM can also assist to connect to the OIA UGM. No MoU is needed in order to join in SCS-CEL program. If there is an existing program (exchange program/summer/short course), it can be done through the immersion by directly contact the Directorate of Community Services UGM.
